Summary
Referrals can be added to individual profiles or to a concern.
When deciding whether to add it to a profile or a concern, consider if the referral is a direct action taken because of the concern. If multiple profiles are link to the concern, the referral will be visible on those profiles.
You may want to add the referral directly to the pupil's profile if you do not want it linked to associated profiles or if it was not raised as a result of a concern.
How to add a referral to a profile or concern
Locate the profile you would like to add a referral to.
1. Click in to the Referrals tab on the profile or concern. Click Add Referral

2. Complete the form in the pop-up. The agencies and outcomes drop-down will be populated with the options added in the admin area.

3. To edit the referral or update the outcome, click on the referral ID number

Referrals Dashboard
All referrals can be viewed in the referrals dashboard.
1. Go to Dashboards
2. Click Referrals
4. Referrals can be edited/managed from this dashboard by clicking the referral ID number

Troubleshooting
If you are trying to edit a referral and the form is grey, the referral is linked to a concern that has been
closed. To edit the referral form, you will need to reopen the concern first.
